WE FIND LEAKS, WE FIX LEAKS, THAT'S ALL WE DO! Florida Leak Locators, Inc. started in South Florida where Michael Heinritz grew up. He has been in the pool business since he was in his twenties and has owned a large pool remodeling, repair business and pool routes. His goal in life has always been to take care of the customers, don't let them down. The only thing he couldn't find was a good leak detection company that was economical and could find his curstomers leaks to save the customer money on their high water bills and spending money on chemicals. He just couldn't find a company that could find the leaks so in 1989 he learned everything he could about finding leaks in gunite, concrete, marcite, pebbletec, and vinyl liner pools. Finding leaks in pools and spas takes a special person with the right techniques and electronic equipment to locate the leaks, either in the shell of the pool, the light, the return lines, the main drain or underground. Michael has learned he trade well and has owed two of the Florida Leak Locators locations, one in Pompano Beach, and one in Largo, Florida. Both companies are still going strong and have the same excellent service Michael expected from them Michael is now doing leaks in the Central Florida/Orlando area where his wife, Amy is originally from. Amy is the one that wanted to move to Orlando since her son and grandchildren are here. Mike and Amy don't want to miss out on those special moments with the children and grand-children.
Mike personally trains his technicians and he goes out on commercial and residential leaks daily. He oversees each and every major repair and he even takes $100.00 off any major repair, if he does the leak test. He works closely with the retail pool supply stores and with the property management companies and pool cleaners. His wife Amy schedules the jobs and sees to it that each and every customer is satisfied.
